The Fast Lane Classic Cars restoration department was proud to deliver this 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle to Ron. This project has been going at Fast Lane since 2018, but Ron has been working towards this for over 10 years!

Ron bought his Chevelle in 2006. He started the restoration in his garage. He tore the car down and rebuilt the frame, but as he puts it, he ran out of the time and skills to continue working on the build.

The car sat for 12 years while Ron and his family battled serious health issues. Finally, in 2018, he was able to get serious about finishing his dream car project. He searched out Fast Lane Classic Cars and found the partner he needed to bring the Chevelle back to life.

Ron worked closely with Mark, Brian, and Jason to decide configurations and source parts for the build. Brian and Jason rebuilt the body and interior, and installed the motor, drive train, wiring, air ride suspension, and all the other components.

It was an emotional day for everyone when Ron came to pick up the Chevelle. After a decade of trials and tribulations, Ron drove home his dream car exactly the way he wanted it.
